GETTING STARTED

- To make a purchase, you can add products to your basket and click on ‘check-out’ when you are finished. Doing so will guide you to the ‘sign-in’ or registration page.
- As a registered user, you can simply enter your username and proceed towards check-out.
- As an unregistered user, you can create a new account or log-in using your Google account. Our system will gather the available information from your Google account and proceed towards checkout. Please note: Google does not share address and contact info. You will be asked for these upon check-out. Now that you have registered.

You can do so my first signing into your account and then clicking on ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of your screen. This will display your account details, which can be modified and/or updated.

To view/edit the items that are in your shopping cart, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The payment options we support are:
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit card – Visa, MasterCard
- Debit card – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
Online payments are processed through the PayTM & Citrus payment gateway, which provides a secure encrypted connection for all credit card and debit card transactions.

Yes, EGadgets offers an option to pay Cash on Delivery for your orders. You can simply do so, by selecting the Cash on Delivery (COD) option on the check-out page. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, with the payment pending on delivery. Our delivery company will collect the payment from you on delivery of the package at your desired shipping address. Unfortunately, we do not provide the COD facility to all areas in India just yet.

COD is available for all orders however, for orders below Rs.1,000, a flat fee of Rs. 50 will be applied. Your delivery address should be under serviceable network of our courier partner. Please enter the correct pin code to ensure delivery. Please pay in cash only and do not offer cheque or DD to the courier staff. Please do not pay for any additional charges, i.e. octroi, handling etc. to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from EGadgets.
In case of payment failure, please ensure the following information has been entered correctly:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, you can contact us on our help-line +91 22 4120 0384/ 85 (between 10am - 6pm, Monday -Saturday) or send us an email at sales@egadgets.co.in with the details and we would be glad to help you.
The transaction will be confirmed with our bank and the necessary procedure to refund the money will be undertaken at the earliest. Approximate time for receiving a refund is 7-8 days.

You can redeem a discount/promotion coupon when you place an order with the following steps:
- Select products and quantities that you wish to purchase and proceed towards the check-out page.
- Before confirming your order, you will notice a ‘discount code’ option at the bottom of your screen.
- You can enter the code in the box and click on update.
- Our system will automatically recognize the valid code and apply the discount to your purchase.
- You can then proceed towards payment options on your new discounted price.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We at EGadgets, strive to deliver all packages to our clients in the best condition and in the minimum possible time. We provide free shipping for all order above Rs. 1,000. For orders under Rs. 1,000, a shipping charge of Rs.50 is applicable for delivery anywhere within India.
We strive to deliver all products within 2 – 5 working days. However, in situations beyond EGadgets’ control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, you can call us at 022 4120 0384/ 85 (between 10am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday) or email us at support@egadgets.co.in and provide your PIN code. We will inform you as soon as possible about the availability of COD option in this area.

Though our delivery agents try to cover most of India, some locations may yet be out of reach for them. There are also instances that the cash on delivery option may not be available in your pin code. However, we assure you we will try our best to reach your purchase well in time. Multiple modes may also be used to deliver packages to such locations. If the shipment is unable to be sent out to you, we will give you a complete refund of your amount.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently provide shipping only within India. However, if you would like to place an order outside of India, please click on the international shipping option on our website or you can send us an email at info with the products and quantities that you would like and we would be glad to provide you with the shipping charges and details for the same. After which you can confirm your order and make the payment via money transfer.

RETURN POLICY

All items purchased cannot be returned once delivered, unless the product is faulty or defective. If you are facing any such issues you can contact our customer care helpline 022 4120 0384/85 (between 10am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday) or email us at support@egadgets.co.in and we will call you back as soon as possible to process an exchange or return.
Product exchange is subject to availability at the time of request. In the event of a product being out of stock, a refund will be given in the earliest possible timeframe.

TRACKING ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellation is subject to delivery status of the order. Orders may not be cancelled if the package is already dispatched from our warehouse.
