PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 022 4120 0384 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and product packing is intact when you send the products back to us.

Are all products purchased from eGadgets covered by warranty?
We strive to provide the best after sales service possible to our customers so the products that are eligible for warranty are mentioned on the product page.

Will we refund the amount if you are not satisfied with the product?
We have a no refund policy, if you are not satisfied with the products because they are damaged or defected we will replace the products. We will give you a store credit of the same amount (Invoice Amount) & the customer is eligible to buy for an amount less than or equal to the invoice amount.

How do I cancel or return a product ordered on Beyond Ordinary? If the product has not been shipped, click on the cart shaped icon on the top right corner, select your product & click on cancel. If the product has been shipped to you we can only provide you with replacements in case if you have not used the product & all the contents are intact. Please refer to the 30-day replacement guarantee as above. In some cases we offer credits and not cash refund.

NOTE: In case the product is found in a damaged state, please send a picture of the damaged product to [email protected] with “Damage Product – YOUR ORDER ID” as the subject.
