Our aim is to deliver products at our customer’s doorsteps in the best condition & in shortest time possible. We deliver our products within a week from the day the order is confirmed. However, in situations beyond our control there may be circumstances, which cause delays. In such situations, somebody from our team will update you.

How can I track my order?
Your order status is sent to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. Give us a call on 022 4120 0384 (10 AM – 6 PM) or drop us an email [email protected] .An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider.

My items haven’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is sent to you via via emails at every step. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, Beyond Ordinary reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.

OUT OF SERVICE LOCATIONS
We have tied-up with the best courier agencies in India to cover almost every corner of the country but there are chances that your location might not be serviceable due to some reasons which would impact the delivery date. However, we assure you we will try our best to reach your purchase well in time. Multiple modes may also be used to deliver packages to such locations. If the shipment is unable to be sent out to you, we will give you a complete refund of your amount.
